How do I return an item?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you shop at BCCASE.com. Merchandise can be returned for a defective exchange as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. Merchandise can also be returned for a refund or store credit if merchandise has never been used or installed as long as a return request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive it. A fee may apply for refunds.
We test our products before we begin offering them for sale. We also inspect each piece of merchandise before we ship any orders. If you are unable to install any products, please contact us as we will be happy to assist you. BCCASE.com is not responsible for any damages that occur to devices or accessories during or after installation, uninstallation, attachment or usage of any products.
Please note, the follow items are not refundable and can only be exchanged for the exact same item if the item is defective:
- Data cables
- Used screen Protectors
- Digital media
Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. No exchanges will be made after this 30-day period. Any shipping charges are not refundable.
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund as long as:
- a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise
- the item has never been used or installed
- all shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card and included accessories, parts and supplies are included with the returned merchandise
- return shipping charge is paid for by the customer
Any returned merchandise that do not satisfy the above conditions for a full refund are subject to a Return Fee charge. A Return Fee will be charged on all merchandise that have an opened package, are used or missing shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card, accessories, parts and/or supplies.
The Return Fee will range from 15% (for opened or refused packages) to 50% (for missing items) of the original price and will be charged by reducing the refund amount by the Return Fee. The amount of the Return Fee will be determined at our sole discretion and is not disputable or negotiable.
No returns will be accepted for merchandise that are damaged, disfigured, scratched, abused or missing the original packaging. In this case, no refund or exchange will be honored and merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If the customer is not willing to pay for the shipping expense, merchandise will be discarded.
Please note, we may choose to refund the full amount of the returned merchandise if we determined that to be appropriate.
Any shipping charges are not refundable. Packages returned which are marked as "Return to Sender" or refused by the recipient are subject to a 15% Return Fee.
Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for purchase usually within 14 days.
